Carol is a familiar face among the RIMS community, as a longtime member of the Delaware Valley Chapter of RIMS.   Carol speaks of her risk career in the automotive sector, her responsibilities for risk prevention and mitigation, and captive Pleiades Insurance Company, Ltd., which underwrites the Subaru fleet of over 1,200 vehicles. Today’s guest, Carol Fritszche, is the Corporate Risk Manager for Subaru. Some RIMS members know Carol from the RIMS Delaware Valley Chapter, where she is a member.
