Your host is Justin Smulison, Business Content Manager at RIMS, the Risk and Insurance Management Society.   Recently, the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) released its Hotel Booking Index Rating to Gauge Hotel Industry Outlook. Joining RIMScast today to discuss 2023 projections and risk management trends within the hotel industry is AHLA President and CEO Chip Rogers. Chip originally joined the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) as President and CEO in January 2019.
