Description
After nearly 15 years of debilitating menstrual and autoimmune disease symptoms, Kate was surgically diagnosed with Endometriosis in 2013. Then, it would take another four years to find an expert in excision of Endometriosis and receive a hysterectomy for suspected Adenomyosis. Her journey has been filled with nearly two decades of working with specialists and navigating the healthcare system, both allopathic and naturopathic, as well as navigating mental illness and alcoholism. She is now a board-certified patient advocate dedicated to proper education about Endometriosis and Adenomyosis while assisting patients in finding their expert care.
