In this episode, needing approval and people-pleasing are discussed.  The insistence that other people must like us can lead to lots of anxiety, stress, and feelings of worthlessness.  In this episode, I challenge the beliefs of the need for constant approval and offer healthier, more relaxing ways to think about this issue.Clint Sabom is Creative Director of Contemplative Light.
