The Tampa Bay Rays lost the second game of the three-game series in Arlington against the Texas Rangers 5-3. Although Taj Bradley pitched great for five innings, the Rays bullpen was not able to hold it together as Javy Guerra allowed a three-run shot to Corey Seager. The Rays would counter with a couple solo bombs from Randy Arozarena and Brandon Lowe but it was not enough. The Rays will be unveiling a couple of statues to commemorate the 25th anniversary. One will be Evan Longoria’s iconic Game 162 walk-off shot and the other Akinori Iwamura stepping on second base to get the Rays to their first World Series.
