Shiva Jaini is a multi-faceted product designer with over 10 years of professional/research experience and 6 years of academic experience in product, design and HCI. Presently he is working at Google as Sr. Staff Design Manager and previously worked at YouTube and Yahoo. He has also been a keynote speaker on various occasions and also co-inventor of over thirteen patents.  
In this episode, Shiva had shared great insights on what is conversational experiences and how different is it from other backgrounds of interaction. We also discussed the process/approach for designing for conversational Experiences? And how to integrate the factor of seamless experiences across multi-channels. In the latter part, we discussed developing a character for these scenarios that feel like a human while interacting with it the device and limitation to keep in mind while designing for conversational design.
