This week we have Nicole from @villagedogsen / @moth_folk back on the podcast! Nicole is a designer and illustrator living in New York City. She currently lives in Astoria, Queens with her husband, Nick, dog, Sen, rabbits, Pickle and Elliot, plus 20+ other pets. Sen is a 4 year old village dog from Baku Azerbaijan. She has been living with Nicole in New York City for most of her life. You might have recently heard her in my series on location and lifestyle!Nicole was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2002, though she had been symptomatic and undergoing testing for the majority lf her childhood. Because of this, Nicole has lived the majority lf her life on a STRICT gluten free diet.
