This session can be done at any time, but I thought you might enjoy it as a morning Yoga session. We begin seated and explore moving into the waist and the hips. Then the Yoga session transitions onto the knees and we work into some core work and stretches along the body line, as well as balance. We later arrive at a forward folding Yoga pose that will transition us to standing to play with a wide leg forward fold and then come back onto our back for a beautiful Yoga bridge and relaxation.
