Tina Swithin is a mother, author, speaker, and victim advocate in the family court arena. Her blog, “One Mom’s Battle,” as well as her online platforms and groups, offer support for those going through divorces or custody battles to hundreds of thousands of people each month. Her journey in the family court system began at her own birth, then continued after escaping her abusive marriage and seeking full custody of her children. She uses her experience and ever-growing expertise to enact social and legal change in the family court landscape, and I’m so glad she joined us today to share what came next for her amidst her very taxing battle.
