Description

Content warning: substance abuse, substance use disorder, illegal commerce, physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, physical and sexual violence, torture, abduction, and trafficking.

Brandon Green is a father, familyman, survivor of abduction, trafficking, and torture, and an immensely strong victim advocate. He faced trauma as a youth in Oklahoma, and recognizes those events as pivotal points in his personal journey. By the time he was eighteen, he had been launched down a path rife with dangerous, illegal activities. But just weeks after graduating high school, on Independence Day 2003, his freedom from a life of physical pain would be stolen from him forever. Still, Brandon remains to be a beacon of light, love, and hope for everyone who hears his story. The Broken Cycle Media team is honored he was willing to share some of his journey and what came next for him with us today.
