As shared in Part 1 of her story, Danielle Leukam is a mother, nurse, author, survivor, speaker, and victim advocate from Minnesota. In November of 2018 her entire life changed forever after becoming a victim of home invasion and sexual assault. The journey to find and convict her rapist was long and arduous, but Danielle leaned on the community and professionals around her to prevail. She continues to share all that comes next in her journey and fight for justice in hopes of bringing awareness and inspiring other survivors.
