Kremena took her first yoga class when she moved to the Netherlands in 2006, and she soon realized that with a regular practice, yoga could be life changing. She began teaching yoga in 2008 and has been teaching ever since. Now, she teaches weekly yoga classes, special workshops, events and retreats.
