After more than 20 years of this kind of work, he is an expert in leadership development, talent assessment and organizational effectiveness. He co-edited the Handbook of Strategic 360 Feedback (thanks, Oxford Press), where he, his co-editors and 50 brilliant authors made the case that 360 Feedback could be powerful beyond individual development.
