She has over 20 years’ experience designing and delivering leadership development programs for the UN and other non-profit organizations in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. Palena holds a doctorate in Gender and International Politics and teaches on a number of different executive education programs. She is an ICF PCC-certified coach and works with clients around the globe who want to have more personal, professional and social impact. Palena has been published in Forbes, Psychology Today and Harvard Business Review and has recently launched a new online course called Network to Amplify V.A.L.U.E for women who want to amplify their contributions and create move value for themselves and others.
