As a change management and business communications strategist, Scott Anderson (https://www.linkedin.com/in/scottandersonphd/) helps executives get more buy-in, quicker adoption, and better business results in their major organizational changes. His career has been about helping individuals, teams, and leaders organize and simplify their difficult challenges into actionable plans that improve their results and unchain their potential. Scott has led various change management initiatives in the IT industry, including software implementations, enterprise planning, enterprise project management practices, corporate performance measurement and dashboards, technology governance policies and processes, and other executive initiatives. In addition to being certified by Prosci as a Change Practitioner and completing Prosci's Experienced Practitioner Program, he is also a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor (PCAI), which enables me to facilitate and certify internal employees in Prosci's change management process. As a graduate of Prosci's Train-the-Trainer program, he has facilitated change management courses for hundreds of executives, practitioners, managers, project professionals, and front-line employees.
