Shell Phelps (https://www.linkedin.com/in/shell-phelps-author-m-a-shrm-cp-52717b47/) is a SHRM-Certified Human Resources Director and co-founder of Phelps Strategies, where she is a strategic life coach. She holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and previously ran her own private therapy practice.  By day, Shell works at Applied Dynamics International, heading up their human resources department.
