Mark Faust Sr. is a growth and turnaround consultant, syndicated writer, professional speaker and advisor to owners and CEO’s. Mark is the author of Growth or Bust! Proven Turnaround Strategies to Grow Your Business. Since 1990 Mark has run Echelon Management International, a growth and turnaround consultancy. Echelon works with both leaders of successfully growing companies who want to raise the bar as well as with companies in turnaround. Mark has worked with and interviewed many Fortune 500 CEOs and top turnaround CEOs. He has also interviewed hundreds of number one sales performers and thousands of his client’s top customers, uncovering literally over a billion in new revenue that his clients have realized. The findings from these interviews and his consulting work have contributed greatly to the Echelon growth strategy process and Mark’s wealth of material.
Mark is the originator of the Turnaround MindsetTM. His client companies have included P&G, IBM, Monsanto, Apple, Syngenta, Bayer, John Deere as well as smaller closely held organizations, over 50 third-generation family owned companies, government agencies, universities and even non-profits. He has been an adjunct COO and has sat on and helped to form many company boards. Its founders Dr. Marshall Goldsmith and Dr. Frank Wagner personally certified Mark in the Stakeholder Centered CoachingTM process. Mark immediately qualified for the Professional Speaker designation in 1994 when he joined the National Speakers Association and is a Certified Strategy & Planning facilitator and Certified Professional Consultant to Management. Mark has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati and Ohio University where he has worked with the MBA students, entrepreneurs and the faculty. Since 1990 Mark has been speaking to professional associations, and round tables around the world on how leaders can accelerate growth and how owners can increase their company’s valuation.
