Tonight, we're going to learn healthy habits, just through the power of suggestion. The great thing about hypnosis is that you’re relaxing your mind so that it’s more suggestible. Your brain goes from a beta wave to an alpha wave, which is slowed down, and more receptive. And another cool thing about an alpha wave is that we are naturally self-loving when our minds slow down. It’s when we get anxious and hyped up that we do stupid or self-destructive things. By slowing everything down, we naturally know what the next right move is. We connect with our intuition. Open yourselves to some suggestions tonight that will help you take good care of yourself. 
As always, tonight's episode will start with a relaxing introduction from Jessica, before we sink into tonight’s Sleep Hypnosis.
