He believes that the body will never do something without the mind's permission, and that is why having a solid mindset is the key to a healthy life.   Joining me today is Ron Williams, CEO and Lifestyle Coach at Ron Williams Champion Life, Inc. He is one of the most decorated Natural Bodybuilders globally and the sole recipient of the "Natural Bodybuilder of the Decade" award. Ron is the author of the award-winning and best-selling book "Faith & Fat Loss". He is a multiple bodybuilding award winner, and in 2008, he made it into the International Natural Bodybuilding Association's Hall of Fame. Ron is also the creator of the Iron Chest Master, a device designed to develop the upper body. Among many other achievements, Ron is a seven times Mister Univers, seven times Mister World, and seven times Mister Olympia.   In this episode, Ron kindly shared a bit of his wisdom in fitness, weight loss, and overall health.
