Lisa Babiuk is one of the three founders of Integrated Biotensegrity. Along with Paul Thornley and Rachel Tudor, this devoted team created a programme for everyone interested in movement and understanding the new world of fascia, natural movement and integrating the natural biology of living tensegrity. Lisa is dedicated to pain free movement as something that is accessible to everyone! Her work is fascinating and after we talk about all that the Integrated Biotensegrity programme has to offer (super valuable event by movers for movers) - we get in to the magic of her work and motivates it. It's really fascinating.
