Description

One listener asked "how do you start your classes?" and this episode answers that! I talk about the feet and how working with them, at the start of every class, can make such a difference to how we feel and how we walk. (It's something we can all do at home for a few minutes each day, too). In the exercises discussed, of course they are done to each side! This is more anecdotal than a lesson, however I hope it inspires a deeper understanding; if you will forgive the pun (you have to listen to the episode to get it!). Enjoy! p.s. I made a mistake about the story *Brian Froud is the author with text by Jessica Macbeth. It is dedicated to Wendy and Toby*
