Ben decided that what was most important was to remove one less thing. He needed to subtract. By doing this, he gained the clarity he needed to make the decisions necessary to improve his life and inspire others to consider doing the same.When Covid hit, Ben Albert was furloughed from work. He found himself down and out, staring at an empty handle of Jim Beam Whiskey.
