Some of his notable restaurants include: Boka, Girl & the Goat, Cabra, Swift & Sons, to name but a few. He and his partner, Rob Katz were recipients of the 2019 James Beard Award winner for Outstanding Restauranteur. He is wise, curious, and as generous as they come. After four years of interviews on this podcast, I can honestly say this is perhaps the best to date.
