Lisa is joined by Nyasha Mutavayi, a mental wellness coach for high performers.  Nyasha talks about her personal experience with therapy and the differences between therapy and mental wellness coaching.  She also shares what to look for in a therapist. Great conversation! Nyasha, is a mental wellness coach for high performers. She has over 15 years of experience in the mental well-being space. Her coaching practice is founded on a delicate combination of all of her lived experience, as well as the hundreds of people she has worked with on a 1:1 and group level. She is particularly interested in the quality of relationships we have with ourselves.Nyasha's approach to coaching is holistic, we don’t only focus on your work but also on your private life so that you are thriving in all aspects of your life. Our personal life has an impact on our work life and vice versa.  She will help you to reconnect with the truest essence of who you are.  She believes that a lot of us weren’t taught how to listen to our own voice, and therefore find ourselves repeating historical patterns that we witnessed repeatedly in our environment.  Her  job is to help you create your own unique blueprint to live life on your own terms.  She does this by creating space for you to be 100% yourself!
