Terri emphasizes that having clear boundaries and effectively communicating them can help us feel empowered and connected. She also suggests that taking time to slow down, meditate, and give ourselves a few seconds to respond can be beneficial in every situation. During the show, Terri discusses different types of boundary issues, such as boundary destroyers and bullies, and how codependency can be related to boundaries. She points out that high-functioning individuals may be codependent without realizing it. Terri encourages us to prioritize self-care and self-awareness, asking, "How can I best support you?" instead of trying to control someone else's situation.
