EJ fought in the Gulf and Iraq wars, has been a Drill Sergeant, and taught at the Florida Ranger Camp and the Special Warfare Center at Fort Bragg. He was awarded 2 Bronze Stars, a Legion of Merit, and retired as a Sergeant Major.
