Description

In 2022 CEO Jacqueline Bretell (@jrb.esq) led Nevada-based Bighorn Law (@bighorn_law) to new highs. The firm resolved over 400 cases and recovered over $50 Million. The first-time CEO assumed her role in 2020, ready to take charge. But less than a week after she started, the courts and state closed with no sign of reopening. She guided the firm through an incredibly challenging year in complete survival mode. By 2021, the firm was stable. She focused on system integration and growth through grassroots marketing. An avid motorcycle rider, she targets people like her: female riders. And sets aside funds for each attorney to invest in the communities they already belong to. She explains her take on building a thriving culture and why delegation is a game changer.
