Chris Holmes has dedicated over 18 years to the US-headquartered life sciences company, Avantor. Chris has held various leadership positions in the procurement organization with responsibilities in developing, implementing, and leading the supplier performance and innovation team, transforming the procurement function into one procurement team, and leading the global procurement strategy. Chris is now the Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing, responsible for worldwide buy-sell and direct materials sourcing. As a passionate advocate of sustainable procurement and the circular economy, Chris joined 'The Sustainable Procurement Pledge' as a Sustainable Procurement Ambadassor in 2019.
