As a woman with 15 years of experience in executive leadership positions in STEM and a passionate advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Stephanie Holt spent the better half of her professional career mentoring women to help advance their careers. In March 2020, Stephanie decided to pursue her passion full-time by launching the 'STEM Leadership Collective,' a supportive network for women in STEM which helps women advance their careers through training and coaching.
