Legal Ops is a ever growing profession which is usually led by non-qualified legal pros who manage and operate the legal capability within a business. Legal is often, like procurement, left a bit in the dark ages when it comes to process improvements, efficieny and tech. This might be due to lawyers who work in firms charging by the hour who then go in-house and don’t shift their way of thinking.
