As we get older, we sometimes hear that digestive issues are just a part of life. After all, life gets a lot more stressful when you add a parter, kids, careers, activities, and any semblance of a social life to the mix. Getting busier often means that home-cooked meals (and healthier options) feel out of reach.But, when we do not prioritize our nutrition, the effects can be less than stellar and often embarrassing.
