Your mind is spinning,
With all the scenarios,

So take a deep breath in,
And slow yourself down,
There’s something hidden underneath.
Your ego is reacting,
It feels threatened somehow.
It’s time to observe what’s beneath.

Write yourself a love note, telling yourself why you’re so loved.
