The hottest team in the NHL right now is the Seattle Kraken. On Wednesday night, Seattle blew by Vancouver for its 61st point of the season. The Kraken has already tallied more points than in its expansion year. We want to see how VGK reacts after giving up the Pacific Division lead after the New Year for a second straight season. Seattle is actually tied for first with the Golden Knights, but they have two games in hand and a higher points percentage. The Kraken are 10-1-2 in the New Year. Chris believes VGK played well enough in the loss against the Devils Tuesday to carry momentum against the new NY Metro teams before the All-Star Break.
