Welcome to the Sutta Meditation Series Podcast.
This session elaborates on how to meditate on the Sīlavanta Sutta (SN 22.122) with its deeply penetrative teaching on WHAT THINGS SHOULD BE WISELY CONTEMPLATED (i.e. the things we should be carefully directing our mind towards) TO ENSURE WE ACTIVATE THE NOBLE EIGHTFOLD PATH (leading with Right View) and REALISE THE FRUIT OF THE PATH.
