Description

As we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, every profession has embraced the new reality of remote work and online tools. Most, if not all, Planned Giving professionals made an abrupt switch from a style of work that centered on in-person meetings to a new style, relying almost exclusively on remote tools. As we transition back to our offices, most of us will need to adjust to a hybrid form of our profession that utilizes in-person meetings and Zoom, Skype, etc.. In this episode, Mark & Carl are joined by Paul Grassman of Thompson & Associates. Paul joined the podcast in the early stages of the pandemic to talk about emerging remote tools. Now Paul joins us again to revisit the topic and discuss the “New Normal” of the Planned Giving profession that effectively blends digital tools and human interaction (yes, the in-person stuff) to initiate, develop, and sustain donor relationships.
