A conversation with Breiana Villella, Mid-West Key Account Manager of Kaye Instruments. Breiana is based out of St. Marys, PA, and has been with Amphenol for 12 years. We talk about her multi-faceted role, from customer service and customer care to sales support and account management -- in other words, being all things Kaye for her customers. We talk about Kaye Instruments' vaunted status in the pharmaceutical industry regarding thermal validation, especially during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. We talk about growing up in the St. Marys area and going to college for hotel and restaurant management and how much she learned about customer service from her time in the restaurant industry.
