A conversation with Bianca Harper-Kelly, Marketing and Communications Coordinator for Amphenol Fiber Systems International in Allen, TX.  Bianca has been with Amphenol FSI for almost two years and is relishing the challenge of helping spread the word on the benefits of working with FSI.  We talk about her journey to Amphenol from high-level college basketball to the Air Force ROTC program to morning radio before finding a home at FSI.  Along the way, we talk overcoming adversity, we talk about the importance of time management, and we talk about taking a career leap of faith when inspiration strikes in the form of a captivating leader.  This is The Interface.
