We all feel it at times so we give you some suggestions and strategies on how you can reduce this feeling when it comes to dealing with clutter in your home. We give tips like start small, KISS, make sure you are fed and hydrated, the Power of 15 minutes and the Micro Declutter. We also chat about how sometimes something else going on that is causing the overwhelm and you are feeling stuck because of that issue. So we suggest sitting with those feelings and by working out what is really going on, it will help you be able to deal with the clutter over the long term.
