After being diagnosed with unexplained infertility, Nicole and her husband went through four rounds of medicated, monitored cycles before getting pregnant. They saw the heartbeat at 6 weeks, and they were told the risk of miscarriage was significantly reduced at that point. Unfortunately, they went on to experience a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks.
