This episode features registered dietitian and certified nutrition support clinician, Ashley DePriest, MS, RD, LD, CNSC.  Ashley currently serves as the clinical nutrition manager at Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center in Marietta, Georgia where she supervises clinical dietitians, diet technicians, and dietetic interns as well as focuses her professional energy on developing, implementing and promoting high quality nutrition services to the patients and families served.  Her clinical interests include gastrointestinal nutrition, professional development, and quality and patient safety and, in her free time, you can find her gardening or traveling. In 2020, Ashley was awarded the Dr. Joseph and Rae Brown Award, an award that recognizes an SCCM member who has significantly advanced multiprofessional quality care for critically ill and injured patients at the regional or local level.  Listen in as we learn more about Ashley and her vision for dietetics in the future.  This episode is hosted by Christina M.
