Guest Bio:  
Samiyrah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Virtual Therapist located in the State of New York. As the CEO of Samiyrah Bennett, Counseling and Consulting Services, PLLC, she has a mission to Honor and Enrich the Lives of Individuals that Choose to Live Life Intentionally.

Her practice provides services to professional women ages 25 - 45 years, helping them to get out of their heads and into their lives. The skills and methods that Samiyrah uses help to decrease stress, anxiety, and depression while addressing and healing from past traumas, developing healthy coping skills, establishing boundaries, and boosting self-esteem. Ultimately, her clinical approaches help the clients she serves to live life on purpose.
