Jillian’s business fit-flavors is local to St. Louis where they prepare fresh meals for health-conscious busy people. They have 5 locations and an e-commerce that offers home deliveries. Jillian is in the process of publishing her first book in April 2022 called Owning the Wait. She’s the author of the “Tough Love from Jillian” newsletter & blog and is the host of the Owning the Wait podcast. More than anything, Jillian wants to help people understand that living a healthy lifestyle is ongoing and that it is not a diet with a deadline.
