Terese Lam is the Chief People Officer of Wind River, a global leader in delivering software for the intelligent edge. She is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for the company’s global HR function. In her current role, Terese works to cultivate a culture where everyone can thrive to be their best, and she relishes the challenge to drive the Company’s vision through its people.
Terese is an Executive Human Resources and Talent Management Leader with over 20+ years international experience having lived in Australia, Singapore, France and UK and now USA. Terese has proven success in creating and aligning human resource strategies to deliver on business plans and objectives in Software and Engineering organizations. Her specialty is with tech company environments where there is constant/ rapid innovation often requiring evolving work styles.
 
Terese holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Training from University of Leicester and a Bachelor’s degree from Queensland University of Technology.
