Description

This week we welcome Mike Bober to the podcast as he shares a bit about his personal story and tells Jim how he ended up in his current role as the President and CEO of the Pet Advocacy Network. After more than a decade in various political outreach roles, Mike now oversees all aspects of the pet care community’s agenda at the federal, state and municipal levels for the pet trade’s largest legislative trade association. He works to engage and educate elected officials on a variety of issues affecting companion animals and those who care for and about them. The Pet Advocacy Network's mission is to represent the experience and expertise of the responsible pet care community to legislative, regulatory, and governing bodies in order to: promote animal well-being and responsible pet ownership, foster environmental stewardship, and ensure the availability of healthy pets.
