Description

Welcome to this episode of Community Matters podcast, where we discuss issues important to managing and governing condos, cooperatives and homeowner associations.
There’s been a lot of talk in the media and elsewhere these last few years about the mental health crisis that is affecting the nation. The pandemic, with its isolation and uncertainty, has taken a toll, along with rising rates of violent crime, racial and political unrest, and the loss of faith in institutions. Community associations are not immune to these challenges.
We’ll be exploring these issues in today’s episode of Community Matters podcast with guests Ryan Skimmons and Brienne Jennings, with BR Training and Education, a Philadelphia-based company that offers crisis training and policy consulting, mental health education, executive coaching, and more.
