Description

Community Associations Institute is pleased to offer the third in a three part Community Matters podcast series on Alternative Dispute Resolution.
In the first episode, we answered the questions "What is ADR?" The second episode covered the five terms that are key to success in alternative dispute resolution, including agreements, confidentiality and defining the dispute. In this third and final episode in the series, we will address how ADR actually works and how it differs from a trial in court.
Our guest for this podcast series is Tobey Oxholm, Secretary of the Lakeview Estates Homeowners Association and member of CAI through his business, Just Resolutions, a provider of Alternative Dispute Resolution Services. For more information on Tobey and his services, please visit his website.
