Now that we’ve settled into a cosmic forward flow and recalibrated the nervous system within and without, we get a fresh understanding of the three brain centers in the body; the gut, the heart, and the head.
When these three neurological centers and the circulations of the body are deeply engaged, we really feel a sense of balance, and when we experience a sense of balance and equilibrium, we feel that we have a tremendous amount to offer. When we have a tremendous amount to offer, we tend to give…  And when we give, we receive because the universe has no vacancies. Whatever goes around comes around…as we give, we will receive…as we serve, we will de-serve.  Coming full circle; when we work at the core of the nervous system with yoga, meditation, and breath work, it becomes robust…and that's when we will start being that person who is giving and receiving, who is serving and deserving…anything we wish for comes through!
