Harriet Cane has many hats.  She is an Early Childhood Education teacher, she is a new first-time mum, she thrives on competition and has participated in numerous Half Ironman and running events.  She is also the wife of All Black Captain, Sam Cane.
In this conversation we discuss her relationship with running and her competitive spirit. her relationship with Sam including how they met and how he proposed (this is a hilarious story!)
She talks candidly about her struggles with mental health a few years back and what she does now to ensure she keeps on top of things.  And we discuss the anguish of watching the person you love getting badly injured on TV.
