In this episode we had on the SVP of Digital Marketing at RCA Tarek Al-Hamdouni. Tarek grew up as an avid music fan and wanted to work in the industry from a young age. He attended Northeastern University as a music industry program major, gaining extensive knowledge on copyrighting, royalties, and publishing.  Following graduation, he landed an internship at J Records, which was bought out by RCA during his tenure.
