Description

In this episode of Breaking Doctrine, our host, Major Chris Parker discusses recent innovations in doctrine delivery – shortcuts or “hacks,” that make doctrine more digestible and easier to access. Over the past couple of years, the Army has introduced several initiatives that improve access and help to enhance understanding of doctrine – whether through digital delivery or more traditional means. The tools include a staff reference guide, a doctrine app, a ‘what’s new’ type of doctrine update, audiobooks, and tools designed to guide users directly to the doctrinal information they need – all with the ultimate intent of making doctrine more user friendly. In this podcast MAJ Parker hosts other Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate (CADD) team members, Lieutenant Colonel Reed Burggrabe, Tactics Division Chief, Lieutenant Colonel Matt Fox, Army Doctrine Proponency Division Chief, and Colonel Rich Creed, the Director of CADD.
